Shipping 

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from placement of order.

Domestic US orders are shipped by FedEx Ground (delivery time 1-7 days from date of shipment). All orders to Canada are shipped by FedEx International Ground (delivery time 3-7 days from time of shipment). 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

Free Shipping for orders $100 and over applies to domestic US orders only.

Express service is available, additional fees apply. For domestic orders, customers may choose FedEx 2nd Day for an additional $25 fee, for FedEx Overnight there is a $35 fee. For Canadian orders, we offer FedEx International Priority (delivery within 1-3 days of shipment) for an additional $40 fee.

Please note that for orders shipped to Canada, recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Pick up in Store: Store pick-ups can be made at 30 East 75th Street from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact shop@frick.org or call 212-547-6849 with any questions. Please note that we cannot hold orders for more than one week. 

 

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will accept returns with receipt for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase.

Items that are returned must be in unused/unworn/saleable condition to be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.

Returns/Exchanges can also be made in person in the Shop during regular business hours.

We can only refund the purchase in the manner in which it was paid.

Custom prints made to order are final sale, they cannot be returned.
