The Frick Collection’s temporary home on Madison Avenue was designed by Marcel Breuer (1902–1981) and completed in 1966. The mid-century architectural masterpiece has given the Frick a historic opportunity to deconstruct and re-present the collection in a way that enriches our understanding and enjoyment of the collection.

The design of this set of three sketch pencils, created by E + M Germany, is inspired by the modern design of Frick Madison, the temporary home of The Frick Collection.

Triangular case of three graphite and clay pencils, each pencil 7.48 in.
